People tend to use these words interchangeably, so here is what I mean by each of them.
If you are not sure which one suits your space, send me a photo of the room or the doorway on WhatsApp. That is usually all I need to tell you what will work and what will not.
Bigger displays are not a drop and run. I deliver them, build or position them in place, and make sure everything looks right before I leave. Arches in particular are built on site, because they do not travel assembled.
Arches are built on between five and seven poles depending on the width you need. Colours are entirely up to you, and I am happy to work from an invitation, a mood board or simply a favourite colour.
These displays are air filled rather than helium, which means they hold their shape and last far longer. A week or two is normal indoors.
Children's parties and milestone birthdays are my bread and butter, but arches and garlands come into their own at weddings, christenings, baby showers, school and club events, sports days, shop openings and corporate days. If you are organising something and want it to look considered rather than thrown together, this is usually the piece that does it.

More than most people expect, particularly for an arch. Send me a photo of the spot and rough measurements and I will tell you honestly whether it will fit and look right, or whether a pair of towers or a garland would suit the space better.
Yes, and they photograph beautifully outdoors. Worth knowing that direct sun and heat are hard on balloons, and wind is hard on anything freestanding, so we would talk through the forecast and the spot beforehand. For an all day outdoor event I would usually suggest setting up as late as possible.
I do. Arches, towers, garlands and boards are all delivered and set up by me, because they need building in place and a bit of fiddling to look right.

For a larger display, as early as you can. Weekends in party season book up, and more notice means I can order in exact colours rather than working from stock. If your date is close, still ask, because it is always worth a try.
Yes, regularly. Delivery is worked out from your postcode, so somewhere further afield costs more to cover the journey and the time on site. I will always tell you the full cost up front so there are no surprises.
