Two tall arched boards, painted and dressed to suit your party, with a name, an age or a message added across them in vinyl and balloon garlands running over the top and down the sides.
They stand behind a cake table or against a wall and give a party a proper focal point. They are also, practically speaking, the best photo backdrop you can have, because everything in front of them looks considered rather than accidental.
The boards are mine and come back to me afterwards, so this is a hire rather than something you keep. I deliver them, set them up, dress them with the garlands, and come back to collect them once you are done.
Because the boards need dropping off, setting up and then collecting again afterwards, that is four journeys rather than one. For somewhere local that is straightforward. For a venue further out it adds real time and cost, so the quote reflects the distance and I will always be upfront about it before you commit.
For larger bookings like this I usually ask for a deposit to secure the date, with the balance settled after the event.

No, I collect them. The boards are hired rather than bought, so I drop them off, set them up and come back for them afterwards. We agree the collection time when you book.
In good weather and a sheltered spot, yes. They are tall, so wind is the thing to watch, and I would rather talk it through with you than have them blow over at your party.
Yes, that is what makes them. Names, ages, dates and messages go on in vinyl, and the garlands are built in colours to match whatever theme you are running with.
Further than you might expect, though distance matters more with boards than anything else I make because of the drop off and collection. I will quote the travel honestly, and if it works out dearer than someone closer to you, I will say so.
As early as you can. There is only one pair of boards, so they go on a first come basis and weekends book up quickly.
